K so first off, I love Subarus. I grew up with Ford and had a little Honda for six years, and now I definitely drank the Subie Kool-Aid. I bought my first Subaru in Fort Worth- good experience. Had it serviced once at Subaru in Denton - not so good experience. Thankfully Five Star Subaru in Grapevine opened. I’m home!! Every time I bring my car in to use my awesome maintenance package oil changes and upkeep, I have a 10 on a 10 scale experience. Great people, great atmosphere, great service. Wild hair last month, I traded my Crosstrek in for a slick new WRX. Vic Alicea was my sales consultant. He was FUN, smart, real and super engaging. Vic did NOT push me, which I totally appreciate. In fact - He let me test drive this beautiful beast and then sent me away to think about it. Left me wanting more! Of course I came back - It’s a WRX. And I got an excellent price!!!! Brian Button was my money contract guy - again very smart, efficient, charming and not interested in games. Finishing up, Vic explained all the details of my car to me. Vic made sure I got the emails he already sent to me and made sure I knew how to contact someone for help if I needed it. As I was leaving (grinning ear to ear), the sales manager came out to personally ask me if I was happy. Very genuinely interested in my experience. This team is doing it right. P.S. We had a great experience at Cransh! Found the first car for our new teenage driver. Love their policy of preventative maintenance and getting those cars that already have some miles on them ready for more! The best part, a small problem popped up with the car after we took it home, and like a boss, they were on it and made it right! This V6 Milan had great power for a smallish engine. It made it to 264,000 miles before succumbing to an impact-related oil leak. Had this not damaged the motor, I would have probably kept this car until the executor of my will took it over!

I have purchased 4 cars from Cransh in the past 4 years - all were (and still are) good vehicles. No haggling over the price is good and bad - good because you know the price - bad because they are a little high on prices, but the cars have all been serviced as opposed to most used car lots which just clean them and sell them.

Bought this used car 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5 S three years ago with just over 100,000 miles and I’ve had nothing go wrong with the car since day one.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

The best purchase of my life. Bought this while in college as a basic sedan that I always liked the look of, and it was the most pleasant surprise of my life! So affordable, fun, peppy, responsive, and easy to maintain. It’s one of those cars that becomes your identity and a part of your personality. Maintained the car in my early 20s while going to school and had zero issues funding this car. Gas is cheap and my most major issue was the suspension needed to be redone when I hit 200k miles and because of harsh winters, I decided to put that repair money into a new AWD car. I miss the Mazda though!!! Recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone!

I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

The last of the great accords. Purchased 2007 accord ex 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine in 2011 with 46,000 miles. I currently have 160,000 miles on the car. Up to recently it was just basic maintenance, oil brakes and tires etc. I had no mechanical repairs until the car was 16+ years and 150k miles, then it was just starter, control arms and 1 lower ball joint. The check engine light came on recently for the 1st time ever at 159,000. It was an oxygen sensor which I was able to replace myself. Before this car I had a VW jetta where the check engine was never off. Great car it runs and drives the same as when I first got it. Hope to drive for another 100k miles.

He knew the answer to all our questions and was very considerate and respectful. We arrived when another customer was already there. He came and let us know that he was going to finish with the other customers and then he would be right with us. When the other customers took a little while he came back to check on us and offered us water. He was considerate of the customer who he had been working with as well as us. Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

I got my '84 Corvette from the original owner, a deceased family member. The car only has 21k miles, but it hadn't been driven in several years before I took ownership. Having owned a C3 Corvette, I already had an appreciation for Corvettes in general. I initially didn't want the '84 because I had read many negative comments about the Crossfire fuel injection system. However, it was a good deal, and I wanted a new project. Today, I am happy to say that I love this car. Like any car that is 40 years old, you will need to replace/rebuild some things, like gaskets, vacuum hoses, throttle bodies, and whatnot. Overall, it was great to do some wrenching again, and with a few upgrades, this car runs very well and is reliable. I also realized that those who talk about the '84 year negatively never own one and just repeat the nonsense they've heard about the car.

Bought this 2007 truck F150 4x4 off road 18 years ago and still driving it. Proper maintance is the key to keep that machine going.

Handles good. Wins safety awards, hope we never test that. We do like our 2015 better. My wife's sister's Tribeca kept them alive but was totaled. Can't seem to get the mileage it said on the sticker.

This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

The car was bought four years ago 50 miles later have had minor problems. The beauty of the trip Tronic transmission in this model has gear oil, for life, not ATF. At 125,000 miles it shifts like new. I’ll probably be buried at it when that time arrives !!

i love this car. i bought mine private party in 2020 with 143k miles and all the bells and whistles. it’s got a comfortable, high tech interior, a good looking front end, and excellent gas mileage. i commute 80 miles a day in this thing i’m at 205k now and am starting to get some mechanical issues. i’m definitely fixing whatever the issue is. it will be cheaper and better than owing money on a newer car that’s not as fancy that i don’t already 💗 if you’re going to buy one of these, i recommend getting one with over 100k miles. this model year has some serious transmission issues causing some of them to fail at around 70k miles. if it’s made it significantly past 70k, it’s either a good one or it’s had the transmission replaced previously.

Got 104k miles . Did the recall with the power steering. Oil change 2x a year. Just a great car for me. Someone with skinny arms can change the headlight without taking off the whole front.

Found our car at a local Toyota dealership. Great service. Was looking for Low mileage and a newer car. Great gas mileage also. Paid car off, but didn't get any deal for doing that was hoping to get free oil changes like my son did.
