They successfully located the necessary parts to address a lingering problem I had been experiencing with my classic Alfa Romeo (and expertly resolved the safety recall). Many thanks to the folks at Alfa USA and to the Boston Motorsports team in making this happen. I'm very happy this this experience introduced me to Seth and the folks at Boston Motorsports service. They gave my car a full checkup, in addition to a routine oil change and the recall repair. This included thoughtfully sending an email (including a video recording) with a thorough report of the health of the car. And although they provided me with a very helpful list of suggested items I might want to address in the future, I was never pressured to make these repairs at their shop. Of course I'll be back regardless, though - because this place is simply amazing. Their love for their work, extensive knowledge, enthusiasm for the cars they service, and deep respect for their customers is extremely evident. And though my particular car may have a bit of patina (at least compared to many of the beautiful vehicles in their showroom) I was treated like royalty by the staff. For example, when I inquired about the location of the nearest bus to get home, they immediately insisted on scheduling for a driver to give me a ride instead. In a world where bottom lines often eclipse customer service, these folks shine brightly with a uniquely impressive combination of honesty and excellence. Very comfortable with all the creature comforts. Bought the Maserati Levante at 1/3 the cost. Will look at 3 year old Bentaygas in 2020 when they are around $120K at that price, they are worth it. Let someone else take the $180K+ depreciation hit. Wow!

I just purchased a 2003 Mercedes SL 500 from Jordan. He was very honest and straightfoward and there was no haggling on price. I asked about having the vehicle inspected and they transported it a mercedes specialist shop. There were repairs that shop said needed and they paid to have the repairs done. No argument . I was very impressed with Jordan's professionalism and I would definitely do business with them in the future. Keep up the good work boys.

We found a truck on line and spoke to Holly about it. Jeff Wasson took over and we drove 4.5 hrs to get it. The radio had a buble in the screen so Jeff put us in another truck til ours got repaired. Jeff then arranged for one of his drivers tii deliver our neww truck 4.5 hrs away. That is great service right there.

I'm floored by the bad reviews of Discovery Auto. I almost didn't go because of it. However, I had my heart set on a Cadillac they had. I live in Clearwater so its about a 45 minute drive. I called the sales line and got Maurice. I told him exactly what I wanted. He desperately tried to get me the deal. However I know that dealership was telling the truth about that car because I had been looking at that model for 2 months. They did have the best price hence why I drove out. Unfortunately I couldn't talk them down but the manager Jonah came out to tell me why. I didn't feel like he was lying because I have Google and verified literally everything he said. So I moved down a notch to accommodate my budget comfortably. And I LOVE my new Camaro. I also want to say that the dealership has cars that will blow you away. Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz audis, bmws, literally every high-end car you can think of and they are clean- clean. But back to the bad reviews. I saw one review that a lady was upset she only got one key. I only got one key to my car. So I asked my salesman where's the other key? And his response was we can't control what the previous owner brings in. Which absolutely makes sense. My previous owner also didn't bring in the owner's manual. But I can't fault the dealership for something like that. I also saw a review that somebody gave him a one-star because they didn't get approved. That is not the dealerships fault. I'm not saying that they didn't feel slighted. But I HATE being lied to. So with that being said... go check it out for yourself. Ask for Maurice.
