Mark -----, the service manager at Desert Motors, was very good, much better than your SM for my Carrera in 2004. Although $920 now for a 20,000-mile service on my 2016 Macan seemed (close to) exorbitant. I plan to send work list to a family friend who worked at a Porsche dealer. Outside temp gauge for SUV is laughably bad and mine corresponds with what other owners say. I also have suspected that ambient temperatures in Deutschland may be a factor, which makes little sense, but Macan owners do wonder why there is still no fix. All staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I had my dog with me and they were kind enough to bring out water for him. My sales person was knowledgeable about the vehicle and addressed all my question and concerns. The test drive went very well and had a nice mix of around town and freeway driving. Ultimately we couldn't come to a price on the used Maserati but the door is still potentially open for a deal. We'll see. I'd recommend at least talking with them.

The costs are very, very high LOL I have always received great service! The service team is very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. The final cost is very close to the initial quote, re-work has not been required. They take their time to thoroughly identify the root cause(s) of the problem(s). I have had multiple appointments completed here, mostly for the intermittent Minor & Major Services. The salespeople do not pester you to trade-in or buy :-) The coffee is very good. :-) The lounge is very comfortable :-) The Bentley merch for sale is great, ridiculously expensive tho LOL :-O
