DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 BENTLEY GT 14,000 mi. WATER PUMP LEAKED FOUND DEFECTIVE (SHOULD LAST 60-100,000 mi.) PEGGY TRIED TO GET REPLACED BUT USA WOULD ONLY PAY FOR PART NOT FOR INSTALL. I HAD TO PAY $2000.00. WROTE TO CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD STAND BY A DEFECTIVE PART AND INSTALLATION. ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER OF PART AS WELL. I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

Said goodbye to my beloved 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS because of my dislike of the styling of the current model, especially the rear and, but even more so, the "Teslafication" of the interior (spartan v. the rich look and feel of my 2016). Now I have simply taken the chassis, engine and PDK transmission from the Panamera turbo and had a custom Coach builder wrap an exquisite body and interior around and on it, like in the 1920s! Of course there is much more to it than that but it is not so far off the mark. Never saw, road in or drove anything quite so beautiful and wonderful --in every way -- hence the all-fives stars. Jim’s love for cars shows clearly in the 2013 Bentley Lemans that I acquired from his top notch, high-end dealership in Connecticut. The car is stunning with all the bells and whistles. Jim Senior had a finance. Albert proves to be top of his game as well in the finance arena able to get you the best rate on a loan.

I had a really good experience at this dealership. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the process feel comfortable from the start. Purchased the car locally end of year price far below the stated MSRP. Beautiful car with many options. The car feels like it fits like a leather glove. Paint work is flawless; no orange peel and the interior is mostly leather. The performance for the GTC V8 is remarkable for a 5300 pound car, it is there when you need it. The noise level with the top up is as advertised; quiet and tight, no perceivable wind noise. Fit and finish impeccable, not a lot of room in the two back seats. Overall a 5 star car with minor points loss for lack of blind side assist and lack of any 3-5 year prepaid maintenance.

I own a 2015 Bentley Convertible. It is the best driving car I have ever had and will now always drive a bentley. It's technology is a joke, but the drive is above all. Mine is the 12 cylinder with the mullinar package. I have 22,000 mile on it and can't replace it with anything better, so I will keep it at least another year. It gets 11 mpg, so it is not an economy car. I am retired and this is my go to car ... my daily driver.
