Coming from a background in sales, upper management, and customer relations, I know how to treat people and how I expect to be treated…and from my experience, so do the gentleman at this fine establishment. I have been looking for a car with seat massagers for months. Several salesmen wasted my time at various lots throughout Southern California telling me what I wanted to hear (having a car on the lot with that feature) but when asked to doublecheck before I drive out to test drive it, they suddenly were too busy to go look but continued to pressure me to come by anyway and/or I’d get down there and the car did NOT have that feature after all. Maddening! However, upon finding a car online at this dealership, Kevin doublechecked and even sent me proof with pictures. I drove out there (fingers crossed that the massage seats would live up to the hype) and was greeted by Pasha. He explained all of the cool features and we went for a test drive. It was refreshing to work with someone who knew the car and could answer all of my questions. I went home and told my husband about the experience and enlisted him to go back with me a few days later to check it out. He loved it as well. Said goodbye to my beloved 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS because of my dislike of the styling of the current model, especially the rear and, but even more so, the "Teslafication" of the interior (spartan v. the rich look and feel of my 2016). Now I have simply taken the chassis, engine and PDK transmission from the Panamera turbo and had a custom Coach builder wrap an exquisite body and interior around and on it, like in the 1920s! Of course there is much more to it than that but it is not so far off the mark. Never saw, road in or drove anything quite so beautiful and wonderful --in every way -- hence the all-fives stars. Apart from one issue with the battery, which was replaced, absolutely nothing was or has gone wrong in this complex and magnificent machine.

I have wanted a Bentley for years, but they are hard to find--especially at a reasonable price. I was fortunate recently to find this vehicle with very low mileage and in excellent condition at a fair price. It is at least as good as I imagined. It is elegant, solid and surprisingly fast! The interior is absolutely beautiful and the excellent workmanship famous for the crew from Crewe is evident everywhere. Driving it is a memorable experience. It is quiet and smooth. The 616 HP W-12 engine is electric smooth and moves this large vehicle along deceptively quickly. Merely merging onto the highway gets one easily over 100 mph going up an on ramp, so one must be attentive! For such a heavy car, handling is surprisingly good. That is aided by the excellent all-wheel drive and huge brakes. This car makes me smile every time I get into it!
