I HAD TO PAY $2000.00. WROTE TO CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD STAND BY A DEFECTIVE PART AND INSTALLATION. ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER OF PART AS WELL. I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

Said goodbye to my beloved 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS because of my dislike of the styling of the current model, especially the rear and, but even more so, the "Teslafication" of the interior (spartan v. the rich look and feel of my 2016). Now I have simply taken the chassis, engine and PDK transmission from the Panamera turbo and had a custom Coach builder wrap an exquisite body and interior around and on it, like in the 1920s! Of course there is much more to it than that but it is not so far off the mark. Never saw, road in or drove anything quite so beautiful and wonderful --in every way -- hence the all-fives stars. Apart from one issue with the battery, which was replaced, absolutely nothing was or has gone wrong in this complex and magnificent machine.

Experience started off a little rough when I initially reached out for a car I was interested in. No flexibility on the price so I waited it out until the priced dropped incrementally from not being sold. Rich in Finance is amazing and was able to get everything squared away with the utmost professionalism. I also appreciate Ken picking me up from the airport after I flew down for pickup. Very comfortable with all the creature comforts. Bought the Maserati Levante at 1/3 the cost. Will look at 3 year old Bentaygas in 2020 when they are around $120K at that price, they are worth it. Let someone else take the $180K+ depreciation hit. Wow!

I own a 2015 Bentley Convertible. It is the best driving car I have ever had and will now always drive a bentley. It's technology is a joke, but the drive is above all. Mine is the 12 cylinder with the mullinar package. I have 22,000 mile on it and can't replace it with anything better, so I will keep it at least another year. It gets 11 mpg, so it is not an economy car. I am retired and this is my go to car ... my daily driver.

I have wanted a Bentley for years, but they are hard to find--especially at a reasonable price. I was fortunate recently to find this vehicle with very low mileage and in excellent condition at a fair price. It is at least as good as I imagined. It is elegant, solid and surprisingly fast! The interior is absolutely beautiful and the excellent workmanship famous for the crew from Crewe is evident everywhere. Driving it is a memorable experience. It is quiet and smooth. The 616 HP W-12 engine is electric smooth and moves this large vehicle along deceptively quickly. Merely merging onto the highway gets one easily over 100 mph going up an on ramp, so one must be attentive! For such a heavy car, handling is surprisingly good. That is aided by the excellent all-wheel drive and huge brakes. This car makes me smile every time I get into it!
