I was recently at classic cars of Sarasota and found the receptionist very friendly as well as the manager. There are many interesting cars in various price ranges. Most were in good to excellent condition. It was a very positive experience.

This is a very, very, very, nice car to drive. Extremely quiet and smooth riding. Very powerful, not as fast as my Jaguar, but it weighs a lot more. It corners and handles great for such a heavy luxurious car. The interior is absolutely top shelf. It's a little hard to get into, watch your head. The trunk is quite large, lot's of room for golf clubs. It is light years nicer than my Mercedes. This car really turn's heads.

I bought a 2025 XT four. Shortly after I got it home, I discovered a few of the technology features Needed adjustments. I’m not a techie, so I brought it into Bayview Cadillac and met up with Daniel Gagliano. He spent over an hour showing me all the various high-tech things on the dashboard and really straighten me out. By the way, he was not even my salesman, but he helped me anyway I can’t say enough about Daniel. Friendly professional, extremely knowledgeable… I felt he cared about me and my problem. I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. I was initially immensely pissed. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. They did not do that to me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. I appreciate everything they (Steve) did for me and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you again Steve and Chicago Auto Gallery.

I have been looking at Mercedes Benz CL600 vehicles used, but when I came across a Bentley GT in the exact same price range by accident, I realized I could actually afford one. I bought a 2006 GT Mulliner with ony 16,000 miles!!! WOW I own a $200,000 car for $78,000!!!!!! It is so luxurious and plush. Fast and smooth and the fuel economy is better than I have read online. You can not go wrong for the price these cars are. Plus there are many around thar have low miles!

I was able to contact a salesman after hours by text and arrange for a viewing the next day. When I finally arrived on Saturday evening my selected vehicle was standing by for a viewing and a test drive. Afterwards we did the paperwork and I was helped by the salesman in making a domestic wire transfer through my banking app on my phone. No cash or checks necessary! Once the wire went through the service department changed the oil, detailed the vehicle and set the tire pressures. I was able to make arrangements for a delivery to my home saving me a trip and several days of anxiety. My salesman kept me informed at every step. The vehicle I chose was in great condition inside and out which speaks to the quality of the vehicles on the lot. I feel like I got quality service even though I didn’t purchase the most expensive vehicle on the lot, by a longshot. I also had the opportunity to purchase a great warranty for my vehicle, which I found to be surprising that it was available at all. I look forward to working with Kearns again in the future for my next big purchase.
