I was initially concerned about some of the reviews on the 14’s & 15’s. I ended up buying a 2018 Ghibli SQ4 GranLusso. We are very happy with the car. It has been reliable and extremely fun to drive. I have the red interior with Bowers Wilkens stereo. I could care less about some of the concerns with the info system being too rudimentary...looks fine to me. I will find any excuse to drive the car. Enjoy.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

Purchased my 2023 Toyota RAV4 new in Oct 2023 from Bob Howard Toyota, Edmond, OK. Buying process was okay, with no high pressure tactics. The sales agent and manager worked with us to get us close to our price. Overall, a better experience than I expected. We have had our RAV4 serviced at Bob Howard regularly, and have been very happy with the service and treatment. Professional, friendly, and gives you the pricing details up front, every time! They text you updates and let you know when your car is ready. All in all, Bob Howard is the best dealership i have ever dealt with (and being in my upper 60's, I've dealt with many). This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Bob Howard, first was a new Honda CR-V. I will use this dealership again. If needed, and I have recommended to friends already.

Our Rouge has a sunroof. In Spring pollen collects around sunroof and clogs hoses which causes water to leak onto passenger seat. A LOT of water we have had to get it to nclogged several times It is rather frustrating Is this a recall situation?

Fast & Prompt Service Inspected all service points on vehicle was very ,professional spoke in detail of what was expected at the next service interval kept vehicle very clean while servicing.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Preston was very helpful. When I pulled in a bit early for my appt I explained i was in a hurry because my husband and I were supposed to be meeting my father in laws primary care dr about getting him moved into a memory care facility. Preston was very concerned and said he woulddo his best. He had me out by just about 10:20am. I truly appreciated that, its been a horrible couple of weeks trying to put out dumpster fires, first one and then another. I thanked him very much. I made the appointment and hopefully we have some direction now. Thanks so much. Very nice service tech, Preston couldnt have done anything more I make day this morning. Great car overall. Drives very well and quite punchy and fun with a good turbo. Reliable, haven't had much issues so far. Value is great especially since they are loaded well and its less then 10k for a decent one. VERY VERY safe car, Saab's are extremely safe and this car gives you confidence that you are safe. I have a 2.0T which gets good mpg for its class, I once got around 40 mpg highway. The 2.0T is fun and punchy with impressive acceleration, most reliable too. If your willing to spend a little more and have significant funds for maintenance and repairs go for a 2.8T V6, which is fast. It handles well. Pros: 1. Well priced, good value 2. Stylish and unique design 3. Great cornering headlights xenon 4. Good engine, reliable if maintained, fast/quick 5. Very Safe, Swedish Metal 6. Jet fighter interior look Cons: 1. Rear seat legroom is a little disappointing but not a major issue for me, but if you have a large family i wouldn't recommend this car, go for a 9-5 instead. 2. Paint damages easily when older, these 9-3s can have paint peel issues in the long run if you live in hotter climates. 3. Some interior pieces aren't the best of quality for it's class. Door handles and small things, it can be creaky. Overall: Here and there it has minor disappointments but it definitely makes up for it very well. Great and fun car. I highly recommend this as a first car or commuter, maybe even for a small family.

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

I am giving this a five because Carla was so good to work with. The 2016 Forester was not a good experience. It road really rough and my wife hurt her back on the test drive. The radio did not work and the navigation system failed about halfway through the test drive. So, to sum it up. Our sales rep, Carla was great and the experience at the dealership was good, but the car we went to look at was kind of a disaster.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Mine is a 2006 4.0 V6 convertible. I am absolutely in love with this car. It was very, very well maintained by the previous owner, and aside from minor paint chipping, looks to be almost brand new. It never fails to turn heads.

Very good and no pressure experience. My only complaint would be that the car could have been detailed better. It was dirty inside in several places and the rubber mats had not been cleaned.

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

I bought mine new in 2005. It now has 250,000 miles and still purring like a lion. It has been very well maintained has had very few repairs. It has been a pleasure to drive it’s both comfortable and has lots of power. I like how the front center compartment will go up for a sixth seat. It was able to hold the whole family with car seats and all in the back. It’s a good solid truck. It has never been garaged and it’s sat out in the Oregon coast rains now for seven years. It is finally showing signs of rust on the hood front edge and some color discoloration on the hood and roof. Its gone through a few head and tail light bulbs and had a few tire changes and brake pads jobs but what can you expect for a truck that is 18 years old with that many miles. I’ve been super pleased with it and when the sad day comes and it won’t run anymore, I might just buy another 2005 with less miles because it’s been so good.

182k miles on the clock, Been used as a work truck its whole life and its still going hard! Most maintenance thats been done is Oil Changes!

The sales guys were very helpful and easy to talk with. My husband and I went in with a preapproved loan from USAA, and we talked to the sales guys about the pre approval because we intended on using that financing for the car. When we met with Financing, we were told that they were not accepting payment form USAA as a “company policy.” We wish we were told earlier in the process that our financing would not be accepted. Overall, we love the car and would recommend Bob Moore, just wishing for better communication about the financing.

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz I’ve always owned a BMW. I have to say I really love this vehicle. It rides smooth, the seats are very comfortable, it has so many functions for a 2010, I was extremely surprised. The color of the vehicle was listed as arctic white however it’s more of a cream color vehicle. If I could change the color I most likely would. But it’s still very beautiful. The vehicle only had 13,562 miles. The interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is extremely designed well. It’s a beautiful car. I’ve only driven it one day because I’ve only had it one day. As time goes on I will then be able to make an accurate review. My younger sister will purchase my vehicle if I choose to sell.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.
