My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I had to use this dealership for the first time for some warranty work on my Explorer. The Service Dept. was outstanding. Top notch service and everyone from the phone person that scheduled my appointment, to the lady courtesy driver, were super friendly and very professional. This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

This is my 3rd Nissan Altima and have been pleased with the service and the reliabilty of the car. Comfortable ride and very quiet. If you are looking for a 4 door Sedan you might want take a closer look at this one.

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

After visiting multiple dealers in and around the Bentonville, I was expecting the worst when I went to see this 'small' dealer in the outskirts of Tulsa. I was led here by a nice looking car on cars.com. I confess, the name Bishop's Corner Auto Sales did nothing great for my confidence and it didn't go up as I drove into the lot. But boy oh boy, was I in for a surprise!!! Not only was Elliot really friendly with the sale of the Honda Accord, he made it a breeze with the entire process. I really loved the experience from start to finish. Unlike dealers that are either overpriced or keen on offering financing options and nothing else, he shared all the information he had about this car. He let me take my time in looking around on the car, answered all the questions I had, suggested the streets to drive in (a boon for an out-of-towner) to experience how the car felt in highway and city speeds with a blend of traffic and no-traffic. It was no pressure sales and I have a great product at a friendly price. When I suggested a trade-in, he worked late to try and ensure I did not have to drive back all the way to Tulsa another time. It was definitely worth my while and I am thrilled I still went with my gut to go to this 'small' place 20 miles from Tulsa. He suggested taking the car to an authorized dealer (unlike others that run helter skelter at the mention of dealer). Just like Paul Potts or Susan Boyle on BGT, where a nonchalant, almost nondescript looking someone took people's breath away and left them with a big smile, this little place gave me the best experience and the biggest smile I have had with buying a car. Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

Fairly good. The theme was a no commission sales. So the person assigned to me wasn’t going to try to sell me. Well I’m an older man so I really wasn’t worried about that. The car I was interested in was getting some work done so I had to wait a bit. After driving it I knew it was a decent price and I had already researched the worth of my trade. They gave me my price for my trade and the deal was done. Now I have learned that the real profit is made in the closing process. I was just too tired to deal with that. So the next day I went in to finish up. There definitely was some pressure to buy an extended warranty and furture service. But my salesman really wasn’t able to get me to buy any of that. So in closing, I got a good deal on the car and a decent price for my trade. But an inexperienced buyer may have ended up with a lot more cost. So know what you’re buying and selling and don’t get talked into buying something that you really don’t need.

My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

Searched for months for a used Lincoln Town Car. Found 2005 Signature (basic), paid 5K to an owner, the car was t-boned on drivers side rear door by someone who ran a red-light and didn't stick around for police to arrive either. Insurance gave us nearly $8000 for the car. The best part of this is our 17 y/o new driver walked away unscathed from the accident. You can't put a price on safety.

I had a 2002 Maxima. It made it through me, my daughter then son. I then decided to purchase the 2014 before the new 2016 model came out. What a smart move. I think this is the best model made. CVT is smooth. Its glides at 90 plus miles an hour. It jumps from 75 to 100 when you punch it on the expressway. I sold it to my son.....he is talking about selling it. I am going to buy it back if he does.

I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

My husband and I recently visited Ferguson Subaru and purchased a 2025 Subaru Touring. We love it, this is probably our 6th Subaru. The outbacks drive so well . Our touring is loaded with so many nice features. We were set up with Zane to explain all of the functions. Our salesman Juvi was great , with several outbacks to choose from. 2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

The were responsive and communicated well without pressuring me- As a non-local shopper, I felt like the customer service was really good.

Owned my 1012 Escape LTD AWD for 14 years. No major problems whatsoever. It has towed household items in the large UHaul trailer with ease. It has hauled home construction items in the back and on top. It has done long road trips. And, with all that, has averaged over 23 MPG! Faithful Long Term Vehicle...Many Miles to Go!

I bought my 2014 Pilot Touring 4x4 used 4 years ago with 67k miles on her. We're at 150k now still going strong other than tires and routine maintenance no issues at all. She handles great on all terrain and in all weather, shes big enough to haul the family around town, move across the country in comfort or a weekend at the lake and you'd never know there was a trailer or a boat behind you. They did lose a star on the exterior for the paint peel on the roof above the windshield as others have mentioned.
