Vehicle needed a new starter motor and it was covered under a recall. We did not have an appointment, but they took us right in and made this repair a priority.

Stopped by the dealership and asked if they could do an inspection...I didn't have an appointment. Senior Service Advisor Tim Islip was wonderful! Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!

It is beautiful, high technology, very fast, easy to drive, everything inside is perfectly made! It is 228 but feels like 320. It is not much smaller.

Bought a used car and a few days later the Ac wasn?t working. They had to replace the whole AC system didnt pay a cent. A few days later, the rear light stopped working. Went there again, and they gave me a loaner and kept the car for a more thorough inspection. At the beginning, they wanted to charge me for the light, but I pushed back, and they came to their senses and repaired it free of charge. Picked up the car, and another light went on. Breaks. They had done new rotors and pads when I bought the car. It was just a sensor. Got my car finally! Although it was an annoying process, the dealership was always friendly and understanding and did their best to fix all the issues.

State of the art dealership. Very customer focused and efficient. I went in for recall, give me an estimated time of repair and completed in a timely manner I will use them again

X5 required a starter recall and oil change. Both service requests were completed timely. I keep bringing back the car for a reliable service at this location.

Daniel is so friendly and always helpful. I always have a pleasant visit when I go for service. The wait was long but he always kept me in the loop as to how much longer it may be. Roger is great as well he?s been my sales person for about 7 years and always acknowledges me when I come in for service. BMW should be grateful to have these two employees working for the company.
