Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

Emailed back and forth with this dealer, they were great answering questions quickly and thoroughly. Even though I didn’t buy from them, they were a pleasure to deal with.

This is a best bmw dealership which has an excellent service department with dedicated service advisors. I have had Tim Price as my advisor for the past several years. He is extremely competent and patient with customers. He explained what needs to be done and what to watch for and what can be expected in my next service. He is extremely efficient in arranging transportation for customers . He is very polite and helpful. I am so pleased to see that BMW-San Rafael has such excellent service advisor!

Everything about the Rick Hendrick BMW in Charleston is A-1. The employees that assist with getting the keys and customers inside were very helpful and kind. The service advisor Dustin is by for the best that I’ve ever seen. Even when I was frustrated and feeling overwhelmed, not one time did he lose his cool. He remain professional and calmed my nerves. I applaud him for being able to keep his composure. If Dustin isn’t around, I reschedule my appointments. lol… keep up the great work.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Crystal and BMW of Gwinnett. The negotiation process on the vehicle was straightforward and free of drama...communication was prompt and exemplary (with my being out of the area Crystal sent a very helpful video tour of the vehicle)...and my purchase was beautifully prepped and detailed for pickup. First, Cars.com was great - bought the car in San Diego despite being in Northern California. Ability to see CARFAX to know it was one owner / no accident a great help. Worth the trip to get a good used car. Second, dealer was great! Salesman looked at car for me and sent me photos so I had some assurances little things like convertible top were in good condition (super helpful). The dealer did a lot of pre-sale mechanical work on the car which was nice. I just flew down and bought it.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating.
