She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—never pushy or dismissive. Her courteous and attentive approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for—a Lexus RX Sport—and I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase. A special thank you as well to the team member who assisted with the financing process; their support and efficiency were greatly appreciated.
