You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Dealing with a warranty claim Sabrina was very effective. Good comms throughout. I was disappointed that four new tires didn’t warrant a tire shine they were covered in chalk and dirt. The wheels too were dirty. Spoiled the overall experience. Decline ar check was also very helpful.
