My service representative, Saint Hadwin was very professional, friendly and accommodating. I previously called BMW service line to schedule an appointment due to a notice stating service was due. The representative assured me that he documented in the note that a loaner car was needed for any services lasting 2 hours or more. I was very disappointed when I found out that this was never notated. Saint not only apologized but provided a Uber to transport me home and pick me up once service was completed. He turned a bad situation to a great resolution. *Most of the Customer service representatives that work the desk inside the dealership are not friendly and don?t acknowledge you or state, ?I will be with you in one moment,,?but just leave you standing there until you ask for assistance.

I received excellent customer service from Avery Cooper. Avery was friendly, knowledgeable, well versed and very professional. I told him what I wanted and he Delivered! I had an excellent experience at BMW Mountain View. It was the first dealership I visited, and Faraz was great to show me the different options. Along the way, Radu was excellent in helping me get a good deal, and Hrant was great in helping me with the test drive and paperwork. Bahman was great with the financial part of the process. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Crystal and BMW of Gwinnett. The negotiation process on the vehicle was straightforward and free of drama...communication was prompt and exemplary (with my being out of the area Crystal sent a very helpful video tour of the vehicle)...and my purchase was beautifully prepped and detailed for pickup. Can highly recommend. 

A good experience. The Mangers were nice and answered all my questions. The car had minor damage reported on carfax, the salesmen had no idea what it was, that made me think twice. At the end, went with it only trusting the CPO program from BMW. Would have appreciated a more information and a better trade-in price.

I have had my car for 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it. The infotainment system is a little confusing; however, I think I just need more time to learn it. The driving experience is fantastic. I have the RWD and it has more power than I will ever need. Also, the range seems true to what is quoted. I am very happy with the car. The buying experience was also one of the easiest I have experienced.

Tony Rocha is one of the finest and diligent salespersons I have ever worked with. He responded to my Cars.com evening inquiry the very next morning before the dealership was open. Still waiting on other dealerships to respond from a week ago. I purchased a new Z4 M40i and Tony stayed with the transaction until the car was loaded on a carrier. I had Wendy Osterman as our Client Advisor, I have been buying Dodge vehicles since 1984. This is the first time I stepped away from the Dodge family and purchased my first BMW. We bought the X3 M50, what we have found out that this SUV is awesome and have enjoyed driving it everyone we get into it.
