I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

I recently had to bring my car in for an urgent check engine light issue, and I cannot speak highly enough about the entire service experience at BMW Concord. Dealing with an unexpected car issue is stressful, but the team here handled it in the most professional and attentive manner possible. My service advisor, Miguel, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my service experience is excellent every single time. He is a true professional who genuinely cares about his customers. Even though Miguel was quite busy with his scheduled appointments, the service people who greet you outside were quick to take my information and expedite the process, which I greatly appreciated during an urgent visit. While I waited, I was incredibly impressed by the level of attention from the staff. Several people checked up on me and acknowledged that I was waiting—it made me feel valued and not forgotten, even during a busy morning. This continuous check-in is a testament to the dealership's focus on customer comfort. A special mention must go to the two gentlemen working in the Loaner Department. They provided service that was both very professional and attentive. The loaner process was smooth and quick, which was essential given my car's unexpected issue. I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.
