Quick service. Time slot was easy. Service advisor was efficient. Technician left car clean. Dealership was clean and beverage was available and large waiting area with TV viewing.

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

I called and spoke with Gregory, who immediately took ownership of my situation. He reviewed my current warranty, clearly explained my coverage, and was able to schedule a same-day appointment for my brakes and an oil change. He walked me through everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made the process seamless. I especially appreciated receiving a video from the service department showing the maintenance that was performed. That level of transparency and communication really builds trust. Professional, efficient, and thorough service. Highly recommend asking for Gregory if you?re scheduling service.

Best car I have owned so far. I have owned it since 2019 and have only had routine maintenance done and new tires just put on. This vehicle has not been expensive to maintain like many people say BMWs are. I 10/10 recommend.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

At 60K on my 2019 330i and cant say enough good things about this car. It’s is truly state of the art and the last of its kind considering the pace of electrification at BMW. It’s well-built and comfortable and strike the right balance between sport and luxury. I’m impressed by the reliability thus far - no major issues, but remote software upgrades can be a bit wonky.

I was very pleased with the sales and trade in process. Robert Cranston, Sales, Mike King, Finance, and Yari, BMW genius, were all very cordial, supportive, and knowledgeable. The only problem was with the final delivery as the promised detail was substandard. There were exterior areas that were unevenly polished and others that were not touched at all. This does not reflect well on the dealership despite my excellent experience with the sales process.

Kyle gave me a great deal and made the whole process easy. He wasn’t pushy at all he let me take my time, showed me the car thoroughly, and went the extra mile to walk me through everything. I really appreciated how helpful and respectful he was.
