Always a great experience over the years. However expected a little more consideration that after spending a considerable amount of money over the years the service department would not add to one’s disappoint of a diagnostic charge after letting the customer know their engine dead and a new one costs more then the car’s value. This does not lend itself to doing business in the future especially when you are going to buy a new car. I had expected more of an effort to retain a longtime costumer. I would still overall say they provide great service but with some improvements could have an even better reputation. It’s been a good ride but time to move on.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

Besides being a real professional, Mr. RODRIGUEZ seems to take the worries of his clients at heart. Gives the impression that one is in good hands.

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

I purchased my BMW 330i from BMW Gwinnett and it hasn't disappointed . It's great on gas mileage and very sexy. I took the certified pre-own route in which I'd suggest to assure you're protecting your investment. The interior is sexy as well as the exterior. Dealership was easy to find. Employees were very nice and great to deal with. Salesman seemed to have a lot of experience in the car selling/buying business. Some dealerships will try and rip you off, I had no such experience here at South Street Auto Sales. Owner of the dealership stepped in on my purchase to make sure all was going well. I bought a brand new 2013 Mitsubishi Evo with under 200 miles on it. Walked out saving a lot of money. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Nice antique cars to look at when waiting around. I did have to wait a decent amount of time because the finance manager was busy with other customers. No problem for me with the deal I walked away with.

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. Best car I have owned so far. I have owned it since 2019 and have only had routine maintenance done and new tires just put on. This vehicle has not been expensive to maintain like many people say BMWs are. I 10/10 recommend.

The thing I like the most about Jon is that I never have to pursue him for information on the status of my car. He?s always honest; letting me know if the car has to stay another day in the shop or if I can retrieve it. This information is invaluable when it comes to making a schedule which includes car pick up versus waiting for an Internet message which never seems to come.

At 60K on my 2019 330i and cant say enough good things about this car. It’s is truly state of the art and the last of its kind considering the pace of electrification at BMW. It’s well-built and comfortable and strike the right balance between sport and luxury. I’m impressed by the reliability thus far - no major issues, but remote software upgrades can be a bit wonky.

I absolutely love my 2005 BMW 330ci. From its sports car exterior to its user friendly cockpit and surprisingly roomy interior for a coupe. I look forward to driving this machine every day and even take to race on a closed coarse near my home. Performance is great with incredible handling and a lot of get up and go from the powerful V6. Just switch off the Dynamic Stability Control and the Traction Control with the touch of a button and you are in for a good time to put it lightly. Overall a great car that puts a smile on your face everytime you drive it. Just watch your fluid levels and keep up on oil changes and you are good to go. Oh and did I mention mine has 336,000 miles on the odometer, now that’s impressive!

When my lease was up, buying this car was a no-brainer! The residual was less than the car is currently worth. This car has held up extremely well the past three years with little to no maintenance. It's deceptively agile, fast, super smooth and quiet, has a strong engine that sips gas, and looks amazing inside and out. The live cockpit instrument cluster is outstanding, likely the best in the industry. Elegant interior with all the right finishes. Love the heated seats. Ambient lighting is top notch, like I'm in a spacecraft. The 2019 car hit the mark from a design point, engine performance, and overall comfort. The engine hasn't changed in four years (and counting). The new long curved display on the 2023 330i is awkward. It looks cheap, like a BMW afterthought add-on. Stick to the 2019-2022 versions. If you can get a 2019. It's like having the lowest-cost house in a very expensive neighborhood where everyone wants to live. You won't regret it.

Came to the dealership interested in a test drive and purchase of a used car I found on Carfax. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and it was in exactly the condition the listing described. The price they gave me was exactly what was listed online. The test drive and purchase process was relatively quick, and very easy with a lot of digital technology instead of the endless paper forms like the days of old. The office was clean and comfortable. They gave us significantly more for our trade-in than KBB estimated. Overall no complaints, they are a straight shooting dealer. If you like the price they list online, and you like the vehicle in the condition listed, go talk to them and buy it. Can't get any easier than that.
