Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Car was prepped, big red bow on it, papers ready to sign, and my wife as out of there in under an hour. THANK YOU Kyle, Abood, William (our delivery specialist) and everyone at Smythe. I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

I purchased my BMW 330i from BMW Gwinnett and it hasn't disappointed . It's great on gas mileage and very sexy. I took the certified pre-own route in which I'd suggest to assure you're protecting your investment. The interior is sexy as well as the exterior. This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.

Very good driving environment. I traded a loaded 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Lusso for my 2020 BMW 330i with premium package/Harmon Kardon/ Ambient lighting. The warranty was ending. You do not want to own ANY of these cars without a warranty. To be honest, the Alfa was a little more spirited and engaging drive. The BMW has a better interface, better interior, better sound acoustics, better seats, less wind noise, and a more luxurious feel. The BMW definitely feels a little more premium than the Alfa and makes you feel more coddled while still offering great performance.

Very satisfied with the customer service and the vehicle I left with that day. Alexandra was a great help to making sure my visit was a pleasant one and that I will leave happy.

At 60K on my 2019 330i and cant say enough good things about this car. It’s is truly state of the art and the last of its kind considering the pace of electrification at BMW. It’s well-built and comfortable and strike the right balance between sport and luxury. I’m impressed by the reliability thus far - no major issues, but remote software upgrades can be a bit wonky.

She gave me her word on the final repair, and sent me the check she promised, on a "hand shake". That is the kind of behavior that restores one's faith in honesty and integrity in business. When my lease was up, buying this car was a no-brainer! The residual was less than the car is currently worth. This car has held up extremely well the past three years with little to no maintenance. It's deceptively agile, fast, super smooth and quiet, has a strong engine that sips gas, and looks amazing inside and out. The live cockpit instrument cluster is outstanding, likely the best in the industry. Elegant interior with all the right finishes. Love the heated seats. Ambient lighting is top notch, like I'm in a spacecraft. The 2019 car hit the mark from a design point, engine performance, and overall comfort. The engine hasn't changed in four years (and counting). The new long curved display on the 2023 330i is awkward. It looks cheap, like a BMW afterthought add-on. Stick to the 2019-2022 versions. If you can get a 2019. It's like having the lowest-cost house in a very expensive neighborhood where everyone wants to live. You won't regret it.
