I ordered my 2026 BMW X5 from BMW of West Houston in December. I am a repeat customer. Tommy Luk was my salesperson. Tommy is exceptionally knowledgeable and got me through the demo and ordering process quickly. Tommy kept me up to date with the production status and was always available to answer my questions. When the X5 arrived, Davin Pope and Tommy worked together to prepare the closing documents before my delivery appointment so I got through the process without wasting time or pressuring me to buy unnecessary options. Overall the delivery process was the best I have ever experienced.

10 years ago I was looking to buy a 2012' M3, V8 aspirated engine. When a pro BMW sales consultant told about M335is with 3.0 L twin turbo and much lighter gvwr that I could turn into an M3 rival without the $78K price tag. Then He told about Steve Dinan the BMW pro engineer that his company builts the performance upgrade for BMW's all over the world. So I end up buying this beautiful 2012' 335is coupe and had BMW install a DINAN Stage 2 computer boost tune upgrade that produced 89 HP increase plus the 320 HP factory stock HP and then added the DINAN Diamond cut Exhaust system along with a DINAN full sport suspension. But I didn't stopped there, then I added a ECS Black steel charge pipe coupled with SYPNAPSE BOV and finally a Carbon fiber ECS cold air intake to make this car a fun little beast to drive. This car is the most fun to drive car that I have ever owned.

The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. I love my 335is sedan. It has the sport and winter packages, was about 50k when new, I got mine for $5500 with 150 k on it. 3.0 twin turbo motor runs great, loads of torque and power. 0-60 under 5 seconds and 30 mpg on the highway is a great combination. N54 motor has forged internals and is upgradable to 600 horsepower with mostly bolt-ons, check You Tube to see how this car is being bought by people looking to get big horsepower for relatively little money. It's not exactly cheap to do, but cheaper than most. This is an amazingly beautiful car as well, mine is black and when detailed, looks like a brand new car that gets thumbs up and positive comments from strangers at 7-11. I painted the silver sport rims gloss black, bought a $150 carbon fiber rear trunk spoiler and added some M badges and the car looks great.. I think it is one of the nicest looking sedans ever made. Get one before they disappear like old Supras, 240 sx's, and Datsun 510's from the 70s. Great car.

The BMW 335is rocks. It is the best BMW model and the best value sports car on the market for the price range. You can't get a more fun car to drive for under $20k. The 335is model is a sport model twin-turbo I-6 that competes with the M3. It's lighter than the M3 and cuts through traffic like a scalpel. It's perfect for driving freeway at high speeds and for winding roads in the Hollywood Hills. People who drive it are amazed at how quick and agile it is. Perfect sports car. The hard-top convertible keeps it quiet when you have the top up. Great car.

If you looking for a reliable car and powerful and nice Exhaust sound , I also upgraded the head lights to m3 assembly, nice rims and never had an issue at all. The maintenance due on the time.

Great performance and easy to tune and mod. However, it is costly to maintain, even if you can turn a wrench; so be prepared to spend money for regular maintenance.

The F30 design when not M Sport is muted, but when you get the M Sport package and all the goodies, it becomes the sports car that BMW intended. It just hit 100,000 and is starting to show wear with rattles from the dashboard and an increase in road/wind noise due to aging weatherstripping. Easy fix! I can say that with FBO that this car has been reliable - nothing major has broken and left me stranded. Sure, due to adding more power it has gone through spark plugs faster but you pay for that when you give it ~70hp more than factory. After upgrading the clutch and cooling system, I am completely worry free on this vehicle. If you want a comfortable cruiser, this car is not it. If you want a sports car, this is what you go for. They can be equipped with most any tech feature one would like - from HUD, Navigation, Parking Distance Control, Bluetooth, etc

I have owned 11 BMW's over the years, from old e36s, to M3's, M5's, my 2011 335i M Sport is one of my favorite cars, the interior design language is excellent, the exterior is amazing too, it drives so much better than the new gen cars, the steering feels alive, and it handles awesome. Reliable as can be, the N55 sounds really nice as well when paired with the M performance exhaust. Gives you just enough fun and noise to enjoy your daily commute and enjoy on a winding back road.

We bought our 2007 335i in 2008 as a CPO. It was a great deal. CPO and used are the way to go if you want to save a ton of money. It was an awesome commuter car. We still miss it terribly. We only got rid of it after 7 years and it was almost time to do some major maintenance. Plus, it was only RWD, and my wife ended up getting stuck in snow a few times. So we traded it in for an AWD Mercedes C350. But, the 335 was a super fun and affordable car. Nothing went wrong with it in the 7 years that we owned it. And buying used meant we basically only paid $250/month for a car that would’ve cost $500/month to lease. Also, we put a “juice box” chip in it and gave it an instant HP increase for very little money. Can’t beat it. Still miss it.

Solid car, very reliable and never failed me. It's also quite a looker. Very easy to tune too. You can get 500 horses out of N55 engine without any issues as long as all proper maintenance is up to date.

Josh was easy to work with and helpful. We did have some trouble with the truck we bought but he worked with us to get it repaired.

Bought a 2005 Lincoln Navigator, 145k miles. It's in excellent shape, no issues since I've purchased it. I think they're an honest dealership. I would use them again if I needed another used vehicle.

Everyone saying it’s not reliable etc. I know so many people outside of myself with this car with 150k plus on it, still daily driving them. If you don’t have the money to do repairs at a shop and you don’t have the time to learn how to do it yourself to continuously maintain this car, just say that! These are performance cars and they need to be taken care of, not to mention that many of the issues I’ve read on here are from not properly maintaining the car. If you need recalls done, that’s also on you to get it to the dealership.

The car has been fun to drive. 3.0 Turbo is quick and very responsive. Handles extremely well on tight curves , made for the person who likes extreme driving.
