Overall experience was good, time frame on getting in finance was longer than expected based on other experiences. Could have used more finance people, especially being the end of the year.

My fiancée and I are extremely busy with work and family and we don't have a lot of time to spare.  When we initially looked at BMW of Catonsville's inventory we didn't see the options we were looking for.  We let Steve know what options were important and Steve took it upon himself to look in BMW's inventory to find several cars that fit the criteria.  We identified the car and agreed on price and as they say the rest is history. The new waiting area is comfortable and welcoming. Plus, really cool looking and functional. Having individual tv's in each sitting area was a good idea.

Overall very good experience. Attentive sales process, appropriate follow up and good financing offered thru BMW. Could have used more time going over all of the cars features and infotainment system. Only other issue was that car was delivered with substantially overinflated tire pressures - 48psi

Service was good,, but was asked to come back. Parts ordered was delivered and received, but it was not the right one. Has to work half day for 2 days.
