This is our third BMW X3 from BMW of West Houston (Oct 4, 2025), and once again, the experience was exceptional. Alyin was fantastic in her approach and the way she interacted with us. She understood our needs and respected our provided great responses every time we contacted her in the last couple of weeks before final purchase. Her manager and GM were also very supportive in our buying consideration and provided us space than the typical dealer follow-ups that happen when you visit a dealership. Overall it was a great buying experience for our 1st X5 in the house and we are truly grateful. The only one piece of opportunity for the dealership is wrt the final detailing - after doing our paperwork when the car was taken for the final detailing, the team did not do a good job. The car had water marks at many spots including dust in certain areas and the driver seat's black smudge was not cleaned even after pointing out during initial inspection. If this was taken care well, it would have been a 10/10.

In the past we owned a 2013 328. Loved that car. Purchased this 2019 430i a week ago. It’s basically the exact same car inside as it was in 2013. No real complaints, if it works it works I guess. Car still very comfortable and stylish looking. Handles very well, good power with the 2.0t. Look forward to having this car for years to come

I use this car for around town and work commuting. Best features - AWD makes it great in the winter. Sport mode - help get onto the freeway of busy road with ease. Seats adjust 10 ways including sides that adjust to your specific preference. Responsiveness - just what you expect from a BMW. And of course - it's beautiful inside and out. The carbon black exterior looks navy or black depending on the angle or lighting.

I bought a 2016 Silverado Double Cab for my Daughter that is graduating this 2026 school year back in September of 2025. Ali and his dad provided excellent customer service, Were very professional, and courteous. The vehicle was clean, ran good, and had lower than average miles for that year model. The truck was lifted up a bit, and when I mention it being a little high for my daughter, Ali offered to lower it to stock height for me. He did my paperwork with no hassle, the price was fair and comparable to others I had looked at in the area. He put my daughter's name on the paperwork for me, we did the deal and I drove out of there a happy camper! When I couldn't get the inspection done for the plates since I was working out of town, he just let me handle it when I got back, what a guy! Now my daughter is loving driving her ride to school. Orange Auto Sales is a great place to buy a ride!

The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.

Tommy is exceptionally knowledgeable and got me through the demo and ordering process quickly. Tommy kept me up to date with the production status and was always available to answer my questions. When the X5 arrived, Davin Pope and Tommy worked together to prepare the closing documents before my delivery appointment so I got through the process without wasting time or pressuring me to buy unnecessary options. Overall the delivery process was the best I have ever experienced.

I have been servicing my vehicle since 2007 when I bought it at Advantage BMW. You can imagine the number of annual inspections and repairs I have had. My service representative stepped up and approached me and didn?t ask if I had an appointment. She was polite personable and able in seconds to recall my account on the computer. She does not have attention deficit and she never looked at her cellphone while talking to me. I felt like a favored customer and not like everyone else. You can imagine how many service advisors I have seen before at Advantage. She texted me timely about the repair and the status. This is the first time I felt I was dealing with a luxury dealorship.
