The work was done in less than the time estimated and they provided a thorough explanation of not only repairs completed, but also of the potential issues observed by the technician. I eas offered alternatives to waiting for my vehicle, but I choose to wait and work from their modern, clean and comfortable customer lounge. When I departed, my car was delivered bright and shiny after a complimentary wash and vacuum. We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.
