My only feedback, as someone who frequently purchases high-end vehicles (Range Rover, Aston Martin, Acura, etc.), is that the dealership can get very busy and you can tell the staff was overwhelm, I think some technology could help them because people would get lost in the waiting room like we did :). This is understandable, especially on a weekend and the last day of the month—partly my timing. Overall, I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this amazing team. After almost 10 years, I’m thrilled to have a BMW back in my garage. Highly recommended!

Saw vehicle on the internet on a Sunday. Called and AMY answered. Based on her accurate information she invited us to the lot the same day. We drove 2.5 hours and test drove the Honda CR-Z. AMY made sure all of our questions were answered. The car was an excellent deal for the price offered. The car did need brakes and a light. AMY made sure the repairs were done to perfection. She communicated via text over the next few days. Always answered instantly. The car was ready when they said it was. Everything completed as promised. Paperwork was painless. Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Great experience took the ferry over from CT the dealership was about 30 min from ferry my sales rep Mercy was amazing! Most all of the paperwork was taken care of b4 I got there. Everything went smooth & was back on the ferry in my new ride ( audi S8) in a few hrs. Highly recommend Lemans and their exceptional staff to score your next vehicle. This car went beyond my expectations. From the autobahns of Germany to the potholed, unrepaired streets and highways I have to drive here in the US along with avoiding those who drive without any regard for others being on the road my car has performed.

I have been looking for a used car for a few months and finally found one with Ed the general manager at Bianco. Ed was patient and very knowledgeable about the cars. I took it for a test drive and loved it. He gave me a great deal and all the paperwork was done in a day. I picked up my car it was so clean and smelled good with brand new floor mats. He watched me drive off safely and told me he’ll call me soon to check in on me. He felt like a family member. Manny and Ricky were helpful as well. They are all a great team over there and I will definitely buy from them again and I’ll be referring people as well because they are amazing!

This is the most comfortable car for driver and passengers I have ever owned. I really like the 4-cylinder engine, a very pleasant surprise, especially coming from a V8-cylinder BMW 650i Cabriolet. It could be termed a four-wheeled computer and entertainment center. Long road trips are a pleasure.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

TJ was very helpful and responsive. And very understanding as to why I didn’t want to take all of their recommendations since my car is a 2011 and I’m not sure how much longer I’m going to keep it. Thank you again!

This is, by far, the most friendly and professional dealership. That is why I always take my BMW vehicles to them. The services they provide are outstanding, done in timely manner and no short-cuts. Everything is done correctly. I also appreciate getting a clean car back. I have had very bad experiences with other dealerships. In one case, I caught them leaving off under neath panels so they save time on following services ! This shoddy work is unacceptable ! I trust BMW Of Ridgefield with my BMW.

The only concern I had was. I got the car service and some additional work done which was excellent so far but don’t the dealer wash and clean car before giving it back !! Mine was completely dirty !!! Also the loaner I got was dirty too.
