I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at the AutoMax in Framingham. I have bought many cars in my lifetime but I can honestly say, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. This was my first time at AutoMax of Framingham and I was able to find the right vehicle, with the right options and at a fair price (compared to your competitors). However, what really made the experience worthwhile and very appreciable was the salesperson Matheus. "Matt" is really a great salesperson. Much different from others I have met and dealt with. Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

I would highly reccommend Morgan.She was helpful beyond what she had to do for us.She really made our experience a pleasant experience.We have purchased from here before this was the most pleasant experience .Thank You Morgan I would like to take the opportunity to also thank Samuel in the finance dept..Samuel has gone overboard for us as he has come to our home the day after we purchased the vehicle to pick up keys which my husband had left home and he came out to our home today with paperwork for the extended warranty so we could sign and that was going far beyond his days work.We appreciate Samuels kindness and he deserves a five star rating
