Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

In the past I have always bought a new vehicle and this was the first time ever that I have bought a used vehicle and I must say that I was skeptical at first not knowing what I was getting myself into. I was looking for a specific vehicle and the sales rep, Joe Hollaran, knew exactly how to steer me in the right direction and his knowledge was exceptional. As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

Great car dealership! John helped me locate the Mercedes that I wanted with a premium 3 package. The car is exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. They also got me a very competitive car loan at a great rate! When I picked up the car it was beautifully detailed and although the car is a 2018 it looks like it came off the showroom floor and drives that way too

This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

Found the specific, rare car for which i was searching. It was at Blasius pre owned. I had never heard of them so I took the trip from NY to see the car. The car was as advertised and I bought the car. 3 days later I went back and took delivery. Every part of the transaction was great. This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

This model line continues to amaze me as I trade them in every 5-8 years. The 2018 is the most improved of them all. If you've never driven a 5-series or a BMW for that matter, treat yourself!

Went in to look for a used car. Salesman was not pushy. Found what I was looking for and immediately walked us out to the car and offered a demo ride. Also offered to get another one I was potentially looking at shipped to local dealer for my review. I did not purchase from them but based on my experience I will definitly go back in the future.

Really enjoyed this car buying experience. When the car started acting up they were all over it and fo t it to a Ford dealership for diagnostics. Literally refused to let them send the car back until they were satisfied that my car is tip top. Can't say enough about Dave in sales, Phil their awesome mechanic who advocated for me like it was his own car. Then the GM met with me to talk about the experience and stand behind the car if the same problem recurs. Jessica at the desk made a rough week much nicer. So pleased to work with Blasius of Middletown and will be a repeat customer for sure!!

Service at the BMW dealership of North Haven always run smoothly. Provided with a car if service is lengthy. The service staff is courteous and friendly.

Very clean facility. Service center was prompt and understood the repairs necessary and provided suggested additional repairs based on technician's review of electric vehicle. Although the cost to repair seemed a little high, the peace of mind achieved through these repairs makes the expense worth it. Personnel were courteous and professional.
