Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

The service I received was top notch. I was greeted with a smile and they quickly informed the salesman I had an appointment with that I had arrived. Giovanni was very personable. I would have given each category 5 stars, but I had to rate the buying process as a 4, only because I was in there longer than I wanted to be. There was a delay with me signing my paperwork. The finance manager had to handle a matter that only he could do. That resulted in me having to wait until he was finished handling that issue.

I had a good experience purchasing a used car at BMW Fremont. The sales rep, Calvin responded to my questions very quickly. There were some issues with the car and Max assisted with arranging the Servicing Dept and fixed the problem. However, after purchasing the car, I did realize the trunk cover is missing and the dealer told me they were not able to find it. That?s the only thing I felt disappointed in since the trunk cover is useful in securing the belongings in the trunk.

Last Saturday afternoon our 2014 BMW broke down on freeway 580 at 24 . We had the car towed to Concord BMW where we were received by their friendly staff. We were advised we would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for diagnostics. Late Tuesday we were notified on the issue and parts were promptly ordered. Repairs were promptly made and tested. Felipe kept us informed throughout the entire experience.

As always, the wash and interior cleaning was impeccable. The free multipoint inspection was also a plus. I also appreciated not being upsold on other services.

I received a recall notice from BMW concord for my 228i and had took my IX as well for electrical notice from my BMW App. Francis took care of it diligently. I like how he keeps me updated from the start to the end during the repair process, provides clear pricing and a walkthrough of the work done. I didn't purchase my Jetta from this dealership but I almost did and wish I did at the time but I wasn't ready at the time. I appreciated the low price offered. I appreciate only dealing with one salesperson even through the finance process. They were super friendly and not pushy and definitely didn't use the old sleazy dealership sales model of the past that most dealerships stand by. I recommend going to see them for your purchase if you want it to be pleasant.
