I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

I bought a lightly used vehicle that was exactly what my wife was looking for that we could not find closer to home. Excellent performance and comfort. Rides well, quick and responsive. Hate the run flat tires, but other than that it is wonderful. I would suggest the industry not use run flat tires. Seems to have a shorter life and is a major pain if a flat occurs in a rural area.

i had an issue with a bad transfer case on a 2013 328i. I had complained of a noise in that car for a year or so but it was never formally documented in service log. Finally it was found that it was the transfer case.. 4K part. my extended warranty was over. I was very upset. however, i want to thank Tim Stone, Service manager and John the deal GM for going out of their way to look at this matter and at the end fix it with no charge. I really appreciated their efforts! They were sensitive to a customers predicament and did the right thing. Thank you! However, my experience with BMW North America Customer Service was horrible. Those folks know absolutely nothing about cars. Why do they work at BMW? Not a good front for BMW to have folks that do not know literally nothing about BMW or mechanics answering phones and talking to clients. She also told me that i could not speak to anyone above her as her manager was HR and did not know cars. Hmmm, i hope someone at BMW headquarters is reading this.
