Excellent service from Marcel and his team even though I was hundreds of miles away with terrible signal. They provided great service even from afar and when I arrived at the dealership, I was able to pick up the vehicle at the dealership, and all documents were ready for me. They handled communication between me and the bank very well and was very transparent with the offers. I would definitely do business with them again.

The car is fun, fast and great design. There are some small issues on the options like the center counsel wheel for the stereo. Nothing mechanically wrong

My wife and I were in the market to purchase my son a pre-owned jeep, and we wanted something that was already fixed up so we found TCD. They had a great selection to choose from. Once we arrived at the dealership you could tell that this was going to be different than any other car buying experience we've had. Jack was first to introduce himself. He was not a fast-talking silver tongue devil like a "like i probably was" stereotypical car salesman that you might be used to. He was a quiet young man that spoke at the right time and when it was necessary. He listens to our wants and needs and never asked us to remind him over and over! It was a subtle character quality that he possessed, and I didn't think too much about it while we were there, but it was a refreshing quality Jack was very knowledge about the vehicle as well. The vehicle we were interested in was a new trade in, so it wasn't quite ready, so I tell you this to say the way the dealership as a whole jumped in to help get the vehicle sales floor ready, was awesome! You could tell that this wasn't their first rodeo! Next was Tina the GM this gal was on top of her game. Very sweet and accommodating but you could tell on the other side of that coin was a savvy tough businesswoman that was going to be fair but by no means going to be taken advantage of! She settled my early onset buyer's remorse that i could feel brewing with transparency. Mo finished up our car deal and was also the finance guy! I loved that cause once we came to an agreement, we shook hand and started banging out paperwork! Mo was an awesome dude very knowledgeable with all the different extended warranties packages which i never did until we bought our last used vehicle and needed to use it on the way home from the dealer. We were in and out in no time. Lastly the Owner Austin! how cool is it for the owner of the dealership to make himself available to his customers. He personally helped my wife and I with whatever we needed or questions we had. It was nice not to have to wait for a salesman to run ask the manager a question then run back with and answer! By the time he got back I probably had 3 or 4 more question to send him running back with! lol Austin was personable and kind! Which was a breath of fresh air this day in time. This was also after the dealership had closed on a Sat night! A few things that are small but can make or break a car deal is that they had fresh free hotdogs cooking all day with 5 or 6 different flavors of soda pop obviously coffee with one of those fancy coffee makes with different flavors of coffee and cappuccino, clean bathrooms and something as a parent and someone that used to sale cars they had a nice selection of boys and girls toys! if you've ever tried to purchase a car with a bored toddler forget about it! the salesman can feel the words we're going to have to come back without the kids. that's how the dealership down the street with toys just made your customer their latest car buyer! Shout out to Scot and Bryan as well! They weren't involved in my car deal but did a good job at making us feel welcome and at ease! Sorry about them Aggie's buddy! I would recommend #texascarone to any and every one that's in the market for a vehicle especially a young couple that might be first time buyers. Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!

Worth the travel and time. I flew from SLC to Phoenix to pickup my purchase a GLK 2015 Mercedes. Bare in mind a purchase sight unseen takes a lot of confidence going in. Once I arrived it was a quick test drive - just to confirm the mechanics were good and I was familiar with the car. Under an hour, I was done with paperwork and heading home in my new ride. 700 miles most of it through the scarcely populated Nevada and Arizona desert was uneventful...just as I hoped. Yesterday I parked my new car in my own driveway... proud of the purchase, confident it was the right car. Ryan and Mo were ready ahead of time and made everything as easy as possible. The financing they lined up was a good fit. Would I buy another car from them? Yes.

Feel like I got a great deal. Did not buy the car I went to look at, but ended up buying another nonetheless. No pressure, fair pricing, wide selection of makes and models. They could do a better job of organizing the lot and at presentation. I understand they are a mostly on line retailer, but obviously people do shop in person. Do recommend but strongly suggest a PPI or in person visit.
