I spoke to a gentleman named Ashot, gave him my budget, told him the car is for my elderly parents and that was all. I bought my mini there a few years back and got a great price from them on the purchase of my Countryman... no pressure, just honest dealing I continue to rave about the after sales service that South Bay continues to provie me. There is a new Mini Dealer closer to me in Santa Monica but I continue to drive 45 mins each way to SB, it is well worht the extra effort to me. I have never been disappointed with the care that has been extended to me. I need to give recognition to the service manager "Lino"... Even though my car is out warranty he is the main reason that I continue to bring my car to Southbay . He is very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to be certain that things are right for all of his customers...in fact, Lino and the service department will be the reason that when I am ready to purchase another Mini it will be because of the after sales servie etc. If you want a great price on a Mini as well as great service, South Bay in my opinion is the Only Way Best, Ben

Bought 730d xdrive msport September 2020, its a great car and I cant find fault with it, it was involved in an accident in December 2020 and I had the Audi flag ship A8 and that was a complete disappointment.

Contact was made quickly. Though the car was still available, I wasn’t. They still reached out and asked me to contact them when I’m ready.

After owning two 8 cylinder BMW's, l was skeptical about buying a 7 series with a turbo charged six cylinder. I am surprised by how fast this car is from zero to sixty. I love the new interior and exterior of the all new 2016 7 series. The tech is awesome. I expect that this will be the most reliable 7 series ever.
