After leasing a car from another Gettel location more than two months ago, she inherited my problems. The title, tags and registration had to be transferred from another state. Additionally, I had numerous changes in paperwork to do and temporary tags to change out. It has been a frustrating situation. And took a lot of work. She constantly kept in touch with me and took care of everything without me having to contact her. This is made it could’ve been a really difficult and unhappy experience a good one. Thank you

It has a cinnamon red leather interior, and I am very happy with this car. Hats off to all the good people at Auto Web Expo in Plano Texas!!! Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

Very please with the car. I had a 2018 530d which I thought was very quite but this is just the next level. I look forward to longer journeys. The torque in the car is addictive and so smooth. I just wish I could sit in the back!
