Bought 730d xdrive msport September 2020, its a great car and I cant find fault with it, it was involved in an accident in December 2020 and I had the Audi flag ship A8 and that was a complete disappointment.

Was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Tamir (the car guy) is great, very knowledgeable and up front with you. Mary (the numbers gal) is great at crunching those numbers for getting you the best deal. Even taking a few days working with 3 or four banks to get the right payment to fit that budget. That's why I love this dealership so much and why me and my family has purchase 4 vehicles from them over the past few years. Even with interest rates and cars prices going up and up. You can still get a deal at this dealership. Their slogan is so true. Come as a stranger and leave as a friend is so true! That is why I recommend all my friends and family to Tamir and Mary at Bergenfield Auto Mall in Bergenfield, NJ. I also love that I'm supporting a local business in my town.

So far, pleased with performance of car--- only had vehicle for 3 weeks--have had a few minor issues-- great handling on highway--- some of the electronics are overwhelming for my wife

I bought a lightly used vehicle that was exactly what my wife was looking for that we could not find closer to home. Despite being in St. Louis, MO and Daniel being in NJ, he made me feel comfortable enough to buy the vehicle without seeing it first. He sent me pictures and immediately answered multiple questions I asked. He also went above and beyond to have some minor scratches treated so the car arrived looking practically brand new despite being 3 years old with 17k miles. Car does everything. The only thing that this car cannot do is fly. The BMW seven series is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend anyone to take it for a drive and you’re sold.

Really appreciated the process with Brad. Emailed back and forth about the final price of the car and just had to go in and do paperwork and pick it up. Highly recommend working with him - ask for Brad if you're going with this dealership. The only issue we had was with Heather, the Finance Delivery Specialist. We hadn't gone over the registration with anyone and when we told her that we had our own plates, she got very flustered and quite annoyed at us. She told us in a huff that she had to do the paperwork all over again. We then just asked about the financing term length and she snapped at us saying "I can't change that. That's set." Not only could she have been nicer, I'm pretty sure if we said we want a shorter financing length, we can do it. She just made it feel like we were wasting her time. Would not recommend working with her at all. Overall, really liked how thorough and great this dealership was. They made sure we understood all the aspects of the car and Brad was helpful and patient with the process.
