I came in today to see what was happening with my car and Mariana (my service advisor) was so welcoming, friendly and took care of me and my child while waiting on the status of my vehicle. Mariana also set up a driver to take us home (we don't stay close) and was very efficient. I forgot the name of the driver that took us home but he was friendly as well and held a nice conversation. Top tier customer service all around!

For approximately six months, we had been searching for a particular vehicle with specific features and had spoken with many car salesmen throughout the process. Anthony in quick lane and his co worker in quick lane were excellent. So professional and customer friendly. I watched them work through an unexpected surge of business and they handled it like pros. They obviously work as a team and do what it takes to get the work done even if it means Anthony eats his lunch standing up while multi tasking on phone and computer. Better given them a raise. That kind of work ethic and professionalism are hard to find. Collision center also worked on my car and the service and team there were equally impressive. Very please with the car. I had a 2018 530d which I thought was very quite but this is just the next level. I look forward to longer journeys. The torque in the car is addictive and so smooth. I just wish I could sit in the back!

November 16, 2023. On my second silver/ black 01 740il in Marin County with 146k miles. First got rear-ended at 200 in perfect condition. Current car at 144k miles has had $1500-3000 per year of typical servicing including brakes, coolant system, engine mounts, struts, and frequent oil changes to keep the original timing chain guides happy. Great V8 torgue and cruising power, super comfort w heated seats, 24-28 highway mpg; 18.5-20 around town. In a town of Vettes, Ferraris, and numerous high-end sleds, her classic, politely bold looks really stand out.

Me and my husband just purchases our GMC Yukon with the wonderful assistance of Don Figgs !!
