It was by far the best experience of purchasing an automobile I’ve ever had. Very courteous and helpful. I actually went to GMC dealers in Va. and NC and they couldn’t help me get the SUV I wanted. Went to Cars.com and submitted 3 notice of interest to 3 different dealers and Zeigler responded within 5 minutes. No haggling and gave me a more than fair quote. I ordered my 2026 BMW X5 from BMW of West Houston in December. I am a repeat customer. Tommy Luk was my salesperson. Tommy is exceptionally knowledgeable and got me through the demo and ordering process quickly. Tommy kept me up to date with the production status and was always available to answer my questions. When the X5 arrived, Davin Pope and Tommy worked together to prepare the closing documents before my delivery appointment so I got through the process without wasting time or pressuring me to buy unnecessary options. Overall the delivery process was the best I have ever experienced.

This dealership doesn’t negotiate price. I randomly walked in one day and Michel helped me out, he sent me different car options over a few days and ultimately helped me purchase a great car. It was a quick and easy process which I appreciated and also a no pressure environment which was nice.

I purchased a used 2018 750i after owning a 2014 Audi S8. I was looking for a more luxurious ride, and trust me, I found it. The 750 is a whale that moves like a dolphin. The interior is expansive, comfortable, and luxurious. The rear reclining and massaging seats will make you want to find someone to drive you around. That is, until you remember that driving this car is a lot of fun too. You are going to want to put it in sport mode and step on it to remind others on the road that you, my friend, are piloting the ultimate driving machine!

Less expensive than the Mercedes, every bit as nice, & more conservative..I don't require attention, just luxury, speed, handling & comfort..which the Beemer delivers in spades. Very understated elegance, it's styling will stand the test of time. Why buy an Audi when u can get a BMW or a Mercedes for the same price? Why buy a Mercedes when u can get a BMW for 10k less?
