Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

This is my 5th lease with Crevier BMW, and my sales associate Peter was amazing as always. Knowing I might be over in mileage, he was able to get me out of my lease early and into a new vehicle. I always check mileage carefully. Interior wear, steering wheel, buttons. Asked for Carfax and they sent it right away. No “we’ll check later.” That matters. I’m not new to this. If they don’t lie from the start, it says a lot.

Patrick was super friendly and helpful, I went in with a pretty specific idea of what I wanted and he pulled up some cars within my restrictions and they were perfect. I went for some test drives and I walked out a couple hours later with a beautiful Subaru forester. I will definitely be coming back for my next upgrade!
