We recently purchased an I3s and are totally amazed at the technology and joy it is to own this vehicle. It's like the feeling when you got your first car!! Everything is engineered to perfection. It's BMW through and through and my only regret is not getting one sooner.

I bought this 15K miles base model (Electric engine only) for 10K. A steal. Pros: 3 Driving modes for different conditions. Free public ev charging stations, usually charges 26 miles per hour or more, and that means free rides. Easy connectivity Stylish look (people actually have that what heck is that look) Nice cargo space once back seats are down. Cons: Inconsistent mile range readings. Range anxiety. Original Charger is a joke. 40 miles highway travel takes 12+ to recharge. 2-3 miles per hour recovery. Bmw either thinks people will bleed 50k (originally) for a substitute car, or people will always have 12-16 hours time to move between errands. Doors design is unusual. Still not as ridiculous as a coupe door design. Cargo space is so tiny with backseats up. Carseats for infants are difficult to place without sacrificing significant space for either the driver or the front passenger. My final verdict. If you purchase a 24amp or a more capable charger than you can manage. If you're soccer mom, or switch your hats often, this base model may not be for you. Still, if you really really a planner it may work out beautifully. If you're purchasing this as second car for the family, then you can save tons in cost. If you spot a free ev charging station you can literally run your range to close to empty then leave it at the charging station and picked it up after couple of hours.

Inquired on a BMW they had advertised, was quickly contacted via text by Melissa where we spoke for a bit and she answered all my questions. It was everything I expected. We love the styling and comfort. It's our everyday car now for around town. No gas usage. The car has entered of zip when needed. No maintenance needed. I bought a 6 year, 100k miles extended warranty with this car.

This is a surprisingly fun car. We bought it mainly to not feel guilty running the AC in car line - but got to appreciate it in various situation. The range isn't great, the flimsy tires need getting used to - but for what a used (ideally certified pre-owned) one goes for - I really don't think you can go wrong. Unless you live in a city and have good places to charge - it probably is not a suitable car as your only car - but it's a great addition if you don't depend on it for a 300 mile drive. Accelerations is fun, the car is a lot bigger inside than it looks. It has a little bit of a theme park ride feel to it at times.

I bought a 2022 Tiguan SEL R-line. Drove 2 1/2 hours to get it ….twice. Everything went very well! Kirk and Tom were great. They both were very easy to work with and helpful with explaining technology in the car. My only issue was I had custom plates I wanted to use. I wasn’t asked about my current plates or transferring. I did mention it the day I looked at the car, but I had to go back two days later to complete the purchase. The car needed a repair. He said he didn’t hear me say that about my plates. The new car was added to my policy with new registration and plates. I got my bill and it was super high. I realized my old car was still on the policy. So I had to call to remove my old vehicle. Turn the custom plates into the DMV. The thing they didn’t know is the plates were sentimental and a tribute to my father that passed. I’m hoping I can get them again, and I’ll have to pay more after just paying to register. It created more work and expense in my part, and for that I was left a little frustrated.

They have a really impressive selection of cars (mostly Teslas, but other EVs as well). They get new inventory on a daily basis and they have a lot of customers who are buying cars. I'd recommend checking out their website and finding a few cars you like, and then setting up an appointment to try them out. Nick was the car salesman that I worked with. He was very helpful, patient, and communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend you ask to work with him. He is in high demand but for good reason. You can tell he really works hard to do a great job for his customers.

Best first electric car I've owned! Love it. Fast and fun to drive. I love out-running the traffic. Quiet. It's so quick! Very safe! I love the range extender. I go everywhere and anywhere. Comfortable. Charges in 4 hours with my 220V charger. High performance.

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. Great service at BMW West. Joanna keeps us informed about everything and makes sure all that needs to be done is taken care of quickly and for a reasonable price. The free maintenance and warranty work is done with no trouble or issues at all. Any recall notices (rare) are also checked by Joanna. While the exterior and interior styling are really modern, once you get used to the i3's quirks I became a wonderful car. Probably the most reliable and dependable car I've driven. While the range is limited, Range Extender make it very road-trip able. But I wouldn't recommend the interior space for more than 2 adults. Handles great in snow with snow tires. The lack of maintenance requirements make it dream for someone who simply wants to get from point A to B, without having to remember anything in between.

I love my i3. I was looking for an inexpensive electric vehicle that didn't look like a spaceship, and found that in my 2015 i3. I purchased this vehicle with only 38,000 miles and have since only put 5,000 miles on it. It's great for those who have a shorter commute to work/school. I have not had any problems with the vehicle at all. It runs great, the backup gas option is great when you run out of time to charge. The only draw back I would say is that it doesn't go a longer distance on electric.
