New and used 2025 BMW i4 Gran Coupe for sale near Crest, CA

I love how BMW of Carlsbad treats their customers. Last week I came in just to have my coolant topped off. Miguel helped me & got me on my way. He recommended I get an oil change, so I went this week. Great customer service again!

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

I just bought a beautiful 2025 BMW M240i at BMW of Carlsbad!!! My sales advisor Michael Torres took care of my needs in no time. Very attentive to my needs and requirement that he even had the car washed and gassed up when we were done with all the transactions. He even offered my wife a beautiful travel luggage before we left !!! Michael was awesome and would vouch for him that his customer service is bar none, outstanding, FULL 5 STARS! The service advisor, Johnny Gutierrez was very considerate and helpful. He notified me with updates on the service being performed and when it was ready to be picked up. I would go back there again.

Sonny was really funny and he is not pushy. He made us laugh the whole time while waiting. The finance officer was super nice too. He checked options for us to lower the APR. I will for sure refer my friends and relatives to visit BMW ELCajon. Overall, they were nice and friendly.

Excellent service facility was great. Team was very professional fast got us out the door even for being the last customer of the day. This is my second time buying a BMW from the dealership probably not the last.
