Julie the service representative is always excellent. But now I have a vibration in the front of the car after getting to 50 miles an hour. Not sure why but if I bring the car in it is going to cost my another 3k every time I bring the car in it cost me 3k or more.

We recently bought a BMW X7 2026 from McKinney, I have to be very honest , have never had such an amazing experience in my life buying a new car. Submitted a query online and was immediately approached by Sales Consultant Mr Steven , he is such an amazing guy , right from the query to the first visit to the dealership , he was like a navigator for me and my family , helped us see and feel all the colors and trims available, explained everything in so much depth and right from meeting him the first time , I knew he is the guy to close the deal with. Just Bought my first BMW 328i Xdrive and was treated excellent by Veronica and David stepped up and made sure I was taken care of when Veronica was on bed rest , Veronica called and text me from bed rest also. while i waited for a windshield took a little while but they also saw a few things on a used car that they did not have to fix but did and i was amazed that they went above what iI would expect on a used car. I was never pressured and Rami in financing never tried to up-sale a warranty. so with a full tank of fuel we drove back to Iowa VERY HAPPY thank you! :)
