Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

Jose is great, the slo BMW is clean and no pressure. They make the process easy. Kirk the Finance Manager is a real professional.

This was the most comfortable worry free experiences I’ve had with buying a car from a dealership they work as a team to ensure your happy with every stage of the purchase! I was looking for a specific vehicle got in touch with the dealership which I located on cars.com and salesman Matt Tucker who provided me with a walk around video and his transparent honest assessment of the vehicle which led me to board a plane from New York City to purchase my vehicle! Upon arrival I met Danny Ogden who provided me with my inspection and test drive his hospitality was awesome! When it came time for the financial paperwork I met the loveliest business manager Crystal Harrison who assured me the dealerships goal is customer satisfaction and if any unforeseen issues arise their goal is to make things right no questions asked and that’s about all you can ask for! The facility was very clean and comfortable, all employees I had interaction with were knowledgeable and patient. I was very pleased with the workmanship and cost for the work that was needed.

I was very pleased with the sales and trade in process. Robert Cranston, Sales, Mike King, Finance, and Yari, BMW genius, were all very cordial, supportive, and knowledgeable. The only problem was with the final delivery as the promised detail was substandard. There were exterior areas that were unevenly polished and others that were not touched at all. This does not reflect well on the dealership despite my excellent experience with the sales process.
