Julie the service representative is always excellent. But now I have a vibration in the front of the car after getting to 50 miles an hour. Not sure why but if I bring the car in it is going to cost my another 3k every time I bring the car in it cost me 3k or more.

I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. On 10/1/25 I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my sales person was Mr. Harold Shelby. I have been buying autos for over 50 years, but never had a SUV with all the modern electronics this vehicle has. The negotiation process went smooth and I was satisfied with the trade in amount for my old vehicle. Mr. Shelby explained everything thoroughly and took the time to give me a crash course on how to operate all the controls. This has been the best auto buying experience for me in half a century. Icing on the cake, I received a full tank of gas. When it's time for my grandkids to buy their first car, I will be giving Mr. Harold Shelby a Call.
