On the finance side, Anton was just as impressive. He walked me through every detail clearly, answered all my questions. You can tell he cares about doing right by his customer. Not just closing a deal. Together, Christian and Anton made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. I can?t recommend them highly enough!

I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. Now that's what I call " CUSTOMER SERVICE We wanted Sam to know that we appreciated his workmanship and customer service for a job well done for an extremely satisfied customer.

Annual service of my X3M estimate to complete was 2.5 hours. Time to complete, 2.5 hours. Work performed well. Loaners available for more involved services. Not needed this time. Nice waiting area, but the leather chairs were quite uncomfortable.

I want to remark on the exceptional, service I received at Rockville BMW. I recently decided to go from a 350 GLE to a second SUV. I test drove Porsche , Volvo, Mercedes, Audi and Range Rover. All outstanding cars. My top two choices were the Mercedes GLC and the BMW X3. I did a lot of research comparing both automobiles and found both to live up to the standards of German engineering. The service that I experienced at Rockville BMW was top-tier. I did not wander the showroom without being acknowledged. More than five people asked me if I was being helped, directed me toward refreshments and made sure that I was seen. My sales professional was Mike and he arranged my test drive efficiently and made sure I was comfortable for my test drive between the X1 and X3 automobiles. The care I received from beginning to end was outstanding. And the showroom is immaculate and I look forward to going back for service appointments. I did not feel pressured at all by Mike and it was a wonderful car buying experience. Every person I spoke with treated me respectfully and I look forward to a long-standing relationship with Mike as our professional contact at Rockville BMW. He went above and beyond in care and earning our trust.

Wonderful customer service! Harold Shelby was so helpful to me to resolve some issues I was having. He truly went the extra mile. Amit Thanki helped me with the computer systems and seems to be all knowing in explaining the sometimes complicated on board system and making sure everything is properly set up. I drove a bit of a distance to see Harold and Amit and would gladly do it again to receive the quality customer service I was given. Bravo!

Ron Askew got me in and out without any problems . This was my 4th bmw dealership that I had gone to, and Ron kept it straight up and told me about the vehicle, I took it on a test drive and loved it, he let me know what the numbers are right away and fought for a lower number that I was wanting to get, he was very good and straight forward man, I highly suggest you come to him for any help buying your future car at BMW Silver Springs

At arrival's to my appointment I got warm welcome with big smiles like a big happy family. Right away car been processed to go in the shop. Right away I was told to go to the car loaner desk. It was very nice and smooth going into service area where everyone eager to help.

Harold Shelby is a great salesman that made buying a BMW and awesome experience. He went above and beyond.

I dropped my vehicle off the night before my service appointment. I wasn't offered a ride back home but when I asked about it the service adviser arranged one. Would have been nice to have been offered a ride without asking. The next day I received a call mid-morning from the service advisor giving me an update on my vehicle. They told me it would be ready around 3:30pm. I asked how late I could I come in since it was a work day but that I may be able to come earlier. I got there around 3pm and it wasn't ready yet. I waited an hour for them to finish it up. After having dropped my car off the previous day and it sitting there all day, no work had been done on it. I still had to wait an hour. I could have saved a bunch of time and energy by just coming in with my vehicle during the day and waiting the hour. The service was fast, but the lack of communication made the experience inconvenient. I gave 5-stars anyway because it's overall a minor critique, but it'd be nice to give accurate time estimates or none at all so I can better plan my day accordingly.

Great place to get your car serviced, extremely helpful and professional. Anyone who's had a BMW knows the downside of going to the dealership, you'd best have your wallet in hand when you do. That said, they fix the xxxx out of what's wrong and stand behind their work. Can't think of anything better to say, would that my other (non-BMW) cars were eligible for this kind of service experience.
