Adrian took care of me throughout the entire service process. Set me up with a loaner, kept me updated with my vehicles repair status and got me in and out when my vehicle was ready.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. I was an out of area customer. Even at that it was a quick & easy purchase. Nothing more to say and certainly nothing negative to write.
