Treighton and Isaac - Treighton acknowledged me, no one was there when I got my vehicle, in so I walked in, typical you get a cold shoulder when you walk into this dealer. It?s always variable- not a standard . Isaac the tech was great , conscise, yet easily understood, so far the best inspection report I?ve had in years. Facility looks tired and needs some update on those couches they don?t look welcoming .

I had a good experience taking my car in for repairs. Brendon was representative he was friendly and professional. I was updated with the status of my car in a timely manner.

BMW of Tulsa advised me of the need to replace the timing chain on my 2014 X5d. It was a major repair and cost. But I loved the X5d and really did want to replace it. BMW of Tulsa Technician did an outstanding job making sure the job was done right. It was and I can expect to easily put on another 175,000 miles and hope the X5d can last another 10years.
