There was a recall announcement for my 2025 X5 50e. My appointment was at 7am. Upon my arrival, I met with my BMW rep Arunveer, who was in a chipper mood for 7am (refreshing). I was able to be placed in a loaner BMW and Arunveer reviewed the steps for the recall (breaking system). Throughout the day, BMW tech sent me a short video of the inspection and an overview of how X-rated (X5) was doing. The service is top-notch and if you are at the BMW location try the new coffee machine :)

When choosing a particular service she explained the different options and answered all my questions .It was a pleasure to have her as my service rep. visited BMW of Fremont for a repair when warning messages appeared on my car?s display. They provided a loaner vehicle upon request. It wasn?t available right away, but it was a lifesaver for us with a toddler and car seat. The rest of the process was handled well, and insurance showed up promptly for the inspection.
