Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

I recently had to bring my car in for an urgent check engine light issue, and I cannot speak highly enough about the entire service experience at BMW Concord. Dealing with an unexpected car issue is stressful, but the team here handled it in the most professional and attentive manner possible. My service advisor, Miguel, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my service experience is excellent every single time. He is a true professional who genuinely cares about his customers. Even though Miguel was quite busy with his scheduled appointments, the service people who greet you outside were quick to take my information and expedite the process, which I greatly appreciated during an urgent visit. While I waited, I was incredibly impressed by the level of attention from the staff. Several people checked up on me and acknowledged that I was waiting—it made me feel valued and not forgotten, even during a busy morning. This continuous check-in is a testament to the dealership's focus on customer comfort. A special mention must go to the two gentlemen working in the Loaner Department. They provided service that was both very professional and attentive. The loaner process was smooth and quick, which was essential given my car's unexpected issue. Despite the frustrating issue with my car, I truly can't say enough good things about my service experience. From dealing with my service advisor Miguel and the proactive folks that greet you in the service lane, to the professional Loaner Department, the level of service was outstanding. I've had a fair share of not so good experiences over the years but in the last 5 years or so the service experience has been a top notch and I'm going to continue to choose BMW Concord as my go-to dealership.

I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.
