Jodi Wersen is an outstanding salesperson. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and the best salesperson we ever worked with. She allowed us to figure out which Lexus vehicle car was the best for us. She didn't apply any sales pressure and is an amazing person. Jodi went above and beyond to help us. She has a ton of experience and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She found 'my' car based on what I wanted and this car was found in a shorter amount of time than she initially estimated. The whole experience was outstanding. This dealership doesn’t negotiate price. I randomly walked in one day and Michel helped me out, he sent me different car options over a few days and ultimately helped me purchase a great car. It was a quick and easy process which I appreciated and also a no pressure environment which was nice.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

Just wanted to give my heartfelt thanks to Parker and the team at Reno Audi. After the past couple of years dealing with local and statewide dealers that have added $5k or $10k markups or forced add-on options (e.g. $5-8k “vehicle protection packages”), and dealing with long order timeframes and supply issues, my hopes of buying a new car were fading. There were only a small number of dealers that offered at MSRP, but with 8-12+ month timeframes. I decided to look out of state nearby, and connected with Parker at Reno Tahoe. From the very start, Parker was extremely responsive and took the time to understand my requirements. He showed patience and answered many of my questions, especially when it came to the logistics of purchasing out of state, and made the entire experience smooth and easy, keeping me up to date along the way. He was able to get me in immediately for a build slot and got me an order at the factory. The entire process from initial contact, placing the factory build order, to receiving the new vehicle was less than four months, which includes the month-long ocean shipping time. Parker went over available rebates/incentives and purchase options and the Reno team gave me realtime support when it came time to registering the vehicle at my local CA DMV office. Reno management also checked in to make sure things were going well and if there were any questions or help needed. This has been by far, the best experience I’ve ever had interacting with a team at a dealership and purchasing a vehicle. The customer service, personal attention and care is something that is sorely missed nowadays, and I wish other dealers and other industries would take notice and start addressing. The most important thing was the prompt return contact. Once i sent a request for more information. Great detail of options of purchase , very courteous in response. I realized i was reaching a out of state dealership, very repridable nonetheless. I realised my credit was probably to low and i didnt have anything at the moment to put as down payment . Love the car a bunch , probably wouldnt get approved. And couldnt pay for delivery. And payments would be high but thanks im dream building

While visiting our daughter from out of town my husband was looking for a truck. With two days remaining before we were to leave to come back to NE my husband found a truck at Car Mart that checked all the boxes. He spoke with Jimmy and confirmed some information and we went for a test drive. There was a little rotor noise and the two rear tires were quite worn. When we let Jimmy know about those concerns he had it pulled into their shop, they fixed the rotor and put two new tires on the vehicle on the spot. We bought it and our real "test drive" was our 1200 mile return trip to Nebraska. Our experience was wonderful and I would recommend CarMart, and Jimmy in particular to anyone shopping in the Manassas area.

Have purchased a lot of different cars at different dealers and the three I delt with there were great. Best experence ever. Derek , Adam, and Grant treated us like royalty. Purchased a 2025 Teguan for my grand daughter 11/14/25 and went back 11/15/25 and bought one for my wife. No presure sales and two the point , no haggle sales. I have probably purchased over 50 vehicles in my 78 year history and this is like sales should be. First time volkwagen purchases.

Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.
