I have never took the time to review a dealership after the purchase of a vehicle. I felt the need to review my experience with Germain Bmw in Naples, Florida. Klevis was the most knowledgeable and professional car salesman I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been buying vehicles for over 40 years. Germain Bmw is truly lucky to have Klevis on their team. Smoothest and most professional car buying experience I have had over the years. The dealership was transparent as to the pros and cons of the vehicles I was interested in. The sales person made it clear she was not paid on commission and so I knew her input was not motivated to sell me a higher priced vehicle for her self interest. The sales person was a true professional from the very beginning.

Stopped at dealership without an appointment due to a bubble on tire. They worked me into their schedule, replaced tire( size and model in stock), and back on the road within a couple of hours
