I traded a 2012 BMW X6M for my (now) 2015 M235i. The X6M was a great car...but no longer needed the extra room or power that it had. The M235i also has great features and plenty fast for me...plus I wanted another convertible. This is my 3rd Beemer...and all have been excellent cars.

The M235i makes me feel like a very fast businessman Simple and contemporary design inside but bold sharpe lines in the exterior all that with 320+ horses the ablility to take corners at speed with full boost being available around 1800 rpm and you have yourself with a car that bmw should be very content with placing on their line up.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

This car is fun to drive. The trunk fits two sets of golf clubs and has a nice amount of room. It has a great feel and didn’t break the bank. It is a dream come true. I love my car.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Most of the performance of the BMW M2 with a more comfortable ride. Excellent handling and acceleration that makes this car very fun to drive. As close to the experience of an old-school 80's and 90's BMW as you can buy currently.

I accidentally clicked on the "check availability" button while scrolling (for the umpteenth time) pics of a car I'm lusting after. To my surprise, I got an email from Robbie at BMW of Spokane within 15min of my accidental click - and he shared a video walk-around of the car I'd been looking at. He then gave me a call a few minutes after that, asking if I had any questions he could help with. That is some pretty fantastic, low-pressure customer engagement! Even though I wasn't ready to buy anything (yet!), Robbie was kind enough to talk about the car a bit and let me know he's happy to help if/when I want to move forward. All told, this was one of the more pleasant car dealer interactions I've had!

This was my first BMW and wont be my last. I owned it for 5 years+ and have never had a single issue. Normal wear and tear stuff, but nothing else. The car is a dream, performs well and comfortable too. Only set back is the depreciation.

They have a very good selection of used cars. I was looking for a small vehicle for my daily errands and something that is good on gas. They showed me the Mitsubishi Mirage and it was a very good choice for me as far as monthly payment and gas consumption. Elias was my salesperson. Thanks guys.

What can I say it’s a BMW. The car handles and drives Iike a dream. The car is very agile and very fast. However, there are several parts of the car that I’m not fond of. One thing is the push button park feature. I would much rather shift the park lever up into park then to push a button. I have not met a single person that likes the push button park feature. Another thing is the ridiculously low push button to release the trunk. The button is located low on the left side of the dash and it’s difficult to find and difficult to see. But the but the thing that I like the least in the BMW M235 and in the 2 series is the ridiculously low quality horrible reception in the standard radio. There has not been a radio this bad put into an automobile in the last 30 years. This radio gets horrible reception!!! I did a test, I took my 1999 BMW 323i convertible and parked it alongside my 2016 BMW M235 convertible. My 1999, 21 -year-old BMW was able to get 11 FM stations. The 2016 M235 convertible was only able to get 2 FM stations. Then I went into my garage and pulled out a $29 AM/FM radio from Walmart. The Walmart radio was able to pick up eight FM stations. The vehicles and the Walmart radio were no more than 25 feet from one another. No matter what configuration I put the vehicles and the radio in there was no difference. BMW should be ashamed to put such a poor quality radio in a vehicle costing $57,000. On a further note. I would not recommend to anyone that they buy a certified preowned (CPO) BMW anymore. BMWs standards have gone way down and almost any piece of crap BMW that’s under four years old can qualify to become a certified preowned BMW. Plus the warranty on certified preowned BMW’s is only one year now. It used to be two years. James Fournier 06063

This car is so fun to drive. I have owned 48 cars and this one is my favorite. It looks great! It drives great! It’s got power and is fast! It’s a convertible and easily lets up and down. A great value!

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

Despite some wrinkles with financing and a car issue, Auto Heaven staff made sure all was right and helped us through the process. Very, very friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommended!!
