We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

Monica walked us through the process and provided us with different options that could fit our needs. She was very approachable and always available to answer our questions during the time period we were considering which car to buy. Olya sealed the deal with us! She was there when we went to finally buy the car. She was very helpful in clarifying a few remaining issues and she was also with us after we got the car to walk us through the many fun perks that come with the mini. Excellent service. Everyone was very responsive and helpful. The car took a while arriving at the dealership, so the staff had to move quickly to handlle the sale.

He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating.
