I purchased a vehicle there a few days ago and my experience was FANTASTIC! Our negotiations were straightforward, he facilitated getting the car to a shop for a pre-purchase inspection I’d setup and also contacted a company for me to get a temporary wrap for the car to be protected on my drive home back to NC (shout out to Alex and the guys over at ONEighty who fit me in on short notice. Thank you!). Once I got in town at Staten Island, Alfredo’s team was super accommodating and welcoming as well. Very straight forward and honest dealership to work with, which is a pleasure in todays climate! I inquired for a newer Mercedes G63 I found online. A quick phone call and I was emailed all the service records and CarFax and a very detailed email with high resolution photos (not small pixeled photos to hide imperfections like others). Given I ordered the car with a cool optional paint color, it gets much attention wherever I go. In addition, the overall look, sound and performance enhance the attention. I have owned many performance cars over the years and to date the 2022 M3 Competition is the best car the I have owned and the most exciting and rewarding to drive.

The M3 has gotten very luxurious while losing nothing in performance. Choices abound. the car starts in comfort/efficiency mode, if you are just going to the supermarket. But two "M" buttons on the steering wheel (you set them up yourself) can quickly change that. I have M1 set up for sporty and M2 for "to the max". The seats are a bit firm. I can ask the car to cool itself via a BMW app 10 minutes before I arrive. Many things like that. The manual transmission is standard BMW, similar to my 14 year old 1M. Many options are via virtual buttons, menus, and submenus, but I got used to it faster than I expected. Through the app I can check how much gas I have and what the tire pressure is and where I've driven (you can turn that off). It can connect to the dealer for regular maintenance. It's amazing! I'm not crazy over the electric clutch, but I'm getting used to it.

I brought my BMW X5 from this place I must say my experience with these guys especially Branden was very professional, I found these guys has being trust worthy and very cooperative the went beyond the closing time to make sure I got my vehicle the very day even though I got there around 1& 1/2 hour before closing time ...I got there @ around 6:25 pm and the was supposed to closed @8pm...Thanks to Branden and José ( I hope I got his name right) And finally and most importantly the price that the advertised for their vehicle will be the price you will pay , not like others who will tell you the advertised price is after you pay down 20%..I will definitely recommend North Star Mitsubishi to you.

In fall of 2023 I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee here. I was afraid of getting a beaten car but this one is as new: 4WD works right, the transmission doesn’t hesitate in traffic. I’ve taken it into mud a couple times and nothing crunches. They told me up front I’d likely need brakes soon, and that’s exactly how it went.

After the purchase they called me twice, not to sell anything, just to ask if everything was okay. I didn’t expect that level of attention.

I traded in my 992 911S for a 992 GT3. Since then, I just had my GT3 serviced at Porsche Englewood on September 16th 2025. Nico at service gave me all the information on what the car was going to receive that day along with a loaner. He’s a Porsche owner himself, super nice, knowledgeable as a former Porsche tech and got me on my way promptly. Brian was the Porsche tech that worked on my car. He provided me with video and messaging updates of my car. The 5 min videos were very informative and thorough, sent 2x 5 min videos to me going over the entire car, priceless. Worth the money to take your Porsche where they give it the proper attention and utmost professionalism.

Had a great experience with Brooklyn Auto Sales, Denzel was my main contact person, he was there every minute of the transaction from beginning to after the delivery of my C8 3LT Corvette.

They sold me a 2024 Honda Accord. Window sticker brand new was $36,000. After their fees (Which they did have guys) taxes, dmv and state fees.. we ended up paying $33,000. $3K more than originally listed price. This is still a fair deal. The vehicle had 1.5K miles only on it. Therefore, i am ok with saving $3K-$5K all day. Because new car would have been window sticker plus tax etc. also they are very friendly. The guy in the front knows how to work magic
