Even though I was late to my scheduled appointment for my engine oil change. The BMW service department had a thirty minute window which made it possible to get there on time. I dropped my car and the rest was quick fast and easy.

Mitchell made the service experience easy. Process was smooth and easy. Also having a loaner was a big plus that was also smooth. Hopefully will be back soon for a new purchase.

My opinion of car dealerships, stereo shops, tire shops, and anything that has to do with cars is not too positive but Samantha at Murrieta BMW has been an exception to that opinion.
